This Privacy Notice explains how Meraki Academy, operated by Meraki Education Solution Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202201029107 (1474804-T)), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you register for the Form 4 Final-Exam Booster programme through this page, in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

• Student's full name and school
• Student's email address and phone (WhatsApp) number
• Parent / guardian name and contact number
• Your registration type (Meraki or non-Meraki student) and the amount paid
• Payment details, which are entered and processed directly by our payment gateway (Billplz) — we do not see or store your card or banking credentials

2. Why we collect it

We use your personal data only to:

• Process and confirm your programme registration and payment;
• Contact you (or your parent/guardian) about this programme — for example the class link, schedule, or learning materials; and
• Keep a basic record of attendance for this programme.

3. Consent

By submitting the registration form, you consent to Meraki Academy collecting and processing the personal data described above for the purposes stated. Where you provide details of a parent/guardian (or you are registering on behalf of a student), you confirm you are permitted to share that information with us.

4. Who we share it with

We only disclose your data to the service providers needed to run this registration:

• Billplz — our payment gateway, to process your payment securely.
• Supabase — our secure database provider, where registration records are stored.

We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your registration data only for as long as needed to run this programme and for our basic record-keeping, after which it is deleted.

6. Keeping your data safe

Data is transmitted over secure (HTTPS) connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Payment is handled entirely by Billplz on their secure platform.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, contact us at the details below. Note that withdrawing consent before the programme may mean we can no longer process your registration.
